Our basil and rosemary are grown at our sister our sister pub, and our ham, bacon, and chorizo come from outdoor-bred pigs at Dingley Dell Farm in Suffolk. These pigs are known for their superb flavor and welfare-friendly upbringing. Other meats are sourced from Direct Meats, a company that genuinely cares about animal welfare and stress reduction during the animals’ lives.
